Case Study 04

Future-Ready Global Talent Model

How I originated and launched an AI-enabled global talent model connecting workforce capabilities, priority skill gaps, mobility, and market readiness as part of a 5,000-person transformation spanning nine global operating units and 20+ markets.

Challenge

Leaders needed one view of future capability.

The organization lacked a consistent global view of workforce capabilities, priority skill gaps, career pathways, and talent mobility. Leaders needed to understand current capacity while preparing for AI-driven changes to roles and skills.

Regional workforce data, terminology, technology, and priorities were fragmented, making enterprise decisions difficult.

My Role

I translated talent ambition into an enterprise model.

I identified the need through employee feedback and workforce-planning analysis, proposed the initiative, and translated leadership’s talent priorities into an enterprise model.

I defined the talent ambition and outcomes, designed five connected workstreams, created the skills and market-readiness approach, developed the measurement framework and phased roadmap, assigned accountable owners, and secured leadership alignment.

What I Did

  1. 01

Audited available workforce data and mapped critical roles and capabilities.

  2. 02

Used multidimensional capabilities rather than relying only on job titles.

  3. 03

Created one global framework with market-level flexibility.

  4. 04

Prioritized roles and capability gaps based on business need.

  5. 05

Defined five strategic workstreams, readiness criteria, accountable owners, measurement, and a phased roadmap.

  6. 06

Aligned regional People leaders, Talent Development, People Analytics, business leaders, AI and technology partners, and executive sponsors.

What This Work Proves

I can connect talent strategy, workforce intelligence, and future business needs at enterprise scale.

The work reinforced that skills data becomes valuable only when it is tied to clear business decisions and accountable owners.
